5-Year Limited Warranty – Harmony Glass, LLC

Harmony Glass stands behind the quality of our workmanship and the materials we install. Every shower door installation includes a 5-Year Warranty designed to give you confidence in the long-term performance of your enclosure.

1. Full Coverage (Years 1-2)

No cost to you.

For the first two years following installation, Harmony Glass will provide service, adjustments, and repairs related to the original installation free of charge.

This includes:

  • Door alignment adjustments

  • Hinge or hardware tightening

  • Seal or sweep replacements (if defective)

  • Correction of water leaks caused by installation

  • Any workmanship-related issues

If something isn’t functioning the way it should, we fix it — at no cost.

2. Limited Coverage (Years 3–5)

$100 service call fee applies.

From year 3 through year 5, warranty coverage remains active, but a flat $100 service call fee applies per visit.

Covered services include:

  • Inspection and diagnosis

  • Alignment adjustments

  • Minor hardware or seal repairs

  • Resealing or realignment where needed

Any hardware or parts required due to normal wear and tear will be discussed in advance and billed separately only with customer approval.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse

  • Breakage caused by customer handling or impact

  • Structural shifting or movement of walls, tile, or floors

  • Mold, mildew, hard-water or mineral buildup

  • Glass breakage not resulting from installation error

  • Modifications or repairs made by third parties

  • Normal wear and tear beyond the terms outlined above

5. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

  • Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage glass or hardware

  • Ensure proper ventilation in bathrooms to reduce moisture buildup

  • Avoid pulling, leaning, or hanging excessive weight on doors or hardware

  • Allow Harmony Glass technicians to perform adjustments or repairs

Failure to follow proper care guidelines may void warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Harmony Glass’s liability under this warranty is limited exclusively to repair or replacement of defective installation components. Harmony Glass is not liable for incidental, consequential, or property damages arising from use, misuse, or failure of the product.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply depending on jurisdiction.
