Welcome to Harmony Glass. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling a service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Harmony Glass (“we,” “our,” “us”) specializes in custom shower door fabrication and installation, mirrors, and commercial storefront glass.
All projects are measured, fabricated, and installed to order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of measurement or submission.

Quotes may change if:

  • Structural issues are discovered

  • Measurements change

  • Additional features or upgrades are selected

  • Safety or installation requirements require alternative hardware

Final pricing is confirmed before fabrication.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Ensuring the job site is accessible on the scheduled date

  • Ensuring tile, walls, thresholds, and curbs are fully completed before measurement

  • Removing personal items from the work area

If we cannot access the job site or the site is unprepared, a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to begin production.
Remaining balance is due at installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, cash, check, or electronic payment.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Custom Glass Orders

All glass is custom-tempered, cut, and produced specifically for your project.

Once submitted to the manufacturer, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Maintain proper ventilation and cleaning to prevent mineral buildup

  • Avoid excessive force on hinges, doors, or panels

  • Follow all care and maintenance recommendations

  • Notify Harmony Glass immediately if issues arise

Improper use may void warranty coverage.

7. Warranty

Harmony Glass provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship and installation.

Years 1–2: No-cost repairs
Years 3–5: $100 service visit fee

8. Limitations of Service

We are not responsible for:

  • Structural shifting causing glass misalignment

  • Leaks caused by improper bathroom design or slope

  • Mold, mildew, hard-water stains

  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or customer handling

  • Tile/wall mounting failures unrelated to installation

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy or redistribute site content

  • Submit false or misleading information

Any misuse may result in termination of access.

10. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Glass is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of glass products

  • Delays in installation due to supply-chain issues

  • Breakage not caused by installation error
