Harmony Glass Refund Policy

At Harmony Glass, all shower enclosures are custom measured, custom fabricated, and produced specifically for each customer. Because these products are made-to-order, our refund and cancellation terms depend on where your project is within the production process.

1. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your installation date and authorize Harmony Glass to begin the process of ordering your custom glass.

Deposits represent your commitment to proceed with fabrication and installation.

2. Cancellation Before Glass Is Ordered

If you cancel before your custom glass has been ordered:

  • You will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • No fees, no penalties.

  • We will always communicate clearly about order status so you know whether your glass has entered production.

3. Cancellation After Glass Has Been Ordered

Once your glass has been submitted to the manufacturer, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Because every panel is fabricated to exact, project-specific measurements, it cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed for future jobs. At this stage:

  • Your deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • This amount covers fabrication and material costs already incurred on your behalf.
